Rheoline Mini MDR
The Rheoline Mini Moving Die Rheometer (MDR) is a compact and space-saving rotorless curemeter that measures the cure properties, mix, and processability characteristics of a polymer material. Built as a stand-alone instrument with a footprint of less than 0.1m2, the Rheoline Mini MDR is the smallest instrument in the Prescott Instruments Rheoline range.
Utilizing a biconical sealed die assembly in lieu of a rotor, Moving Die Rheometer technology is the most popular method for testing the cure properties of rubber on the market today. Using the same die assembly as the larger Rheoline MDR, the Rheoline Mini MDR oscillates the sample through either a 0.5°, 1° or 3° angle at a frequency of 1.67 Hz while maintaining a constant temperature within an impressive ±0.3°C range. The MDR is accompanied by Labline LIMS, a fully networkable software suite designed exclusively by Prescott Instruments. Labline provides operators, supervisors, and managers with the tools needed to run tests more efficiently while effectively managing laboratory data.
